Our catering services and menus can all be built ala carte; browse the sections below and choose the items you’d like us to serve, then choose if you would like pickup, delivery or buffet service.

Meal Bundle – $30 per person – choice of masa based entree, up to 2 fillings, and 2 side dishes (vegetable, salad, beans or grains).

Masa / Maiz

Maiz-Based

Masa based items are all made with local / regional heirloom corn, nixtamalized and fresh ground. Check with us to see what kinds of corn we have in stock, we often have white, yellow, blue or red. Everything comes with garnishes on the side, pickled red onion, cilantro, finely shredded cabbage, limes, cheese, & salsa.

Creamy Winter squash

Migas

Papas and Chorizo

Homemade buffalo chorizo, fried potatoes, eggs how you like, beans and choice of handmade corn or flour tortillas.

Enchiladas

Services

Choose how you want us to serve the food to you. This is also customizable, allowing you the option of picking your order up from us directly, having it delivered to your event, serving it at the event buffet style, or enjoying your meal at a table while waitstaff bring you food and tending to all dining needs.

Simple, the items you chose above, packaged and ready for you at our kitchen. No additional fees.

When you place your order, we will give you the exact pickup address.

Delivery

Drop-off locations within the Taos area, up to 15 miles (30 miles round trip) from our kitchen (Corner of Kit Carson rd 64 & Paseo del Canon E 585) are a flat rate of $30.

Drop off locations beyond Taos, or more than 15 miles (30mi round trip) from our kitchen will be charged $1 per mile. Trips are calculated round trip.

Cost: $30 flat rate within Taos / $1 per mile beyond Taos

$400 minimum food order + $30 minimum delivery fee

Onsite Services

Buffet:

You order whatever menu items you’d like from our online menu, we bring the food, and set up a buffet style serving line, with heaters and serving dishes, whatever is needed, and make sure that all food is hot. We serve guests to monitor portions, and make sure food stays topped up until everyone has gone through the line. 

We provide compostable plates, bowls, cups, utensils, napkins etc, whatever is required for us to serve & guests to eat the meal. We do not provide rental supplies but we can help you coordinate rentals if needed.

We cleanup and breakdown our service area upon departure.

Plating & wait-staffing: available at additional costs, based on event size.

Cost:

$100 per hour

3 hour minimum = Meal service duration (1hr minimum) + 2 hour base charge (covers setup, prep, cleanup & breakdown)

$400 minimum food order

Large events and special service requests may require extra staff costs.

40% deposit required

Commuting Fees – complimentary withing Taos area / 15 miles

$1 per mile beyond Taos area / 15 miles. (Fees calculated round trip)

Payment info

Deposit: 40% deposit required to secure all orders

Minimums: $400 minimum for all food orders. $300 minimum for any onsite services.

We use Square for all electronic payments; the processing fee is 3.5%. Cash and check are accepted without processing fees on the day of service and no later.
