We offer a simple corn focused menu that showcases delicious and high quality New Mexican foods, all made from scratch. The quality of our food sets apart from other caterers; we nixtamalize & stone grind regional heirloom corn to make ALL of our corn-based dishes, and use locally sourced, seasonal & organic ingredients. *Pricing & additional services at bottom

This menu is available for higher priced events that require exclusive bookings. Minimum – $2,000

Food Prices:

General catering – $30 / person: Includes 1 entree base with choice of 2 fillings & 2 sides.

  • Menu selections are per event, not per person
  • 40% deposit required to secure event booking
  • Electronic payment is taken using square, with a 3.5% processing fee, to avoid the fee, check or cash must be paid on the event day and no later.

Minimum order requirements:

  • $500 minimum food order – Not including additional catering services (see section below)
  • During farmers market season (May-Nov), we accept fewer booking & may require higher order minimums or more simplified menus.

Delivery

We deliver to Taos area and can commute to Santa Fe & Albuquerque or anywhere within 100 miles of Taos. Does not include setup.

Rates:

  • Taos area – $30 (within 15 miles)
  • Beyond Taos – $1 / mile (calculated round trip)

Buffet Service

We bring the meal, setup, serve and cleanup. Compostable plates, napkins, utensils, and cups are included.

Rate: $300 + $100/hr for event duration

Commuting rates:

  • Within Taos area – complimentary
  • Beyond Taos area – same as delivery fee

*We do not offer full service catering (wait staffing, plating, bartending, event planning, coordinating rental equipment, etc)
