We offer a corn focused menu that showcases delicious and high quality New Mexican foods, all made from scratch. The quality of our food sets apart from other caterers; we nixtamalize & stone grind regional heirloom corn to make all of our corn-based dishes, and use locally sourced, seasonal & organic ingredients.

Pickup Orders

  • All orders must be place at least 5 days in advance
  • Standard pickup times: Thurs – Sat, 11am – 6pm.
  • Orders outside of standard pickup days/times, are subject to overtime fees if the order is accepted (up to $200). Email us for special pickups.

Onsite Buffet Service:

*We are NOT accepting any new onsite event bookings during this summer’s farmers market season (May 16th – October 31st)*

Starting at $1,200

We bring the meal, setup, serve and cleanup. Compostable plates, napkins, utensils, and cups are included.

Packages:

Simple – $50 / person, includes:

  • 1 maiz entree with choice of 2 fillings
  • Any 2 side dishes
  • 1 drink

Feast – $100 / person, includes:

  • 1 appetizer
  • Soup or Salad
  • 1 maiz entree with 3 fillings
  • 2 sides
  • 1 dessert
  • 1 drink

Commuting fees:

  • Within Taos area – complimentary
  • Beyond Taos – $1 / mile (calculated round trip)
  • We can commute to Santa Fe & Albuquerque or anywhere within 100 miles of Taos.

Policies:

  • Menu selections are per event, not per person
  • 40% deposit required to secure event booking
  • Electronic payment is taken using square, check or cash must be paid on the event day and no later.
  • During farmers market season (May-Nov), we accept fewer booking & may require higher order minimums or more simplified menus.
  • We do not offer full service catering (wait staffing, plating, bartending, event planning, coordinating rental equipment, etc)
